Michael Skates is well known and respected in the New Zealand business community. Michael’s early career was in the vehicle importing, financing and leasing industry. He’s helped clients navigate the challenges of bringing specialised vehicles and equipment from overseas.
More recently, Michael has been working in the energy sector, which has given him a broad understanding of New Zealand business, and the challenges that small to medium enterprises face.
Michael is a champion of small businesses, the backbone of New Zealand’s economy.
